At TV Beds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury sleep experience, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused and unassembled products. If your new bed doesn't perfectly suit your home, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Item

    Ensure the bed frame and electronics are disassembled and securely packed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Collection

    Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
